Listed items are held in stock & will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days of placing the order.
If I’m due to be away and there will be a delay, I will post this information on the ‘Latest’ page so you know what to expect.
If you need an item urgently for a special occasion, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.
Packages will be delivered by courier
Postage and Packaging costs are included in the price of all items.
I hope you will be happy with your order and it arrives in perfect condition. Any faulty, damaged or incorrect goods must be made known to me within 3 days of delivery and returned within 7 working days with written confirmation of the problem. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
If returning an item, the customer will take responsibility for the postage costs, gain proof of posting and correct insurance.
If a refund or exchange is required due to faulty, incorrect or damaged goods, postage costs will be refunded. Other refunds will be minus postage & packaging costs. Willful or negligent damage will void rights to refund or exchange.

Bespoke goods will be commissioned individually & therefore cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
