Description of goods 

Every effort has been made to ensure all images are a true representation of the finished product but due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations may occur between pieces. Please note that colours and images may vary depending on the monitor and browser you are using. Images will not be actual size. Please refer to the individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each piece. Whilst there is a product description for each item, if you need further details, please get in touch in advance of order.

 Payment & confirmation of order

Jo Clayton uses Paypal, a well known and secure online payment method. You do not have to have a Paypal account to shop here; you can use a credit or debit card and Paypal will process the payment. Once payment has been authorized, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive a further email when your parcel has been dispatched.

 Intellectual Property and Right to Use

You acknowledge all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material and content of the website is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of the website or its content & product design unless written permission has been obtained from Jo Clayton.

Cancellation policy for Workshops open to the public

If you have booked on a workshop & later need to cancel your place, let us know as early as possible, so we can re-advertise. If your place gets filled we will give you a refund (minus 20% admin fee). Alternatively you can reallocate someone else to attend in your place (please advise us of the change in name by email). In the name of fairness to all, we will apply this policy whatever the circumstances.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, you will be given as much notice as possible & offerred a full refund. If another date for the same workshop becomes available you will be offerred a place on this in advance of its being advertised.

Food provided on workshops

We have chosen to provide food on selected workshops as we feel it makes the event feel more special & easier for you. We are not in a position to cater for speciific dietry requirements & take no responsibility for any food allergies; therefore it is up to participants to bring there own food/ avoid eating food provided if it is possible they could have an adverse reation to it.

Cancellation policy for privately booked events

Privately booked workshops & events will require a non- refundable deposit at the time of booking (a deposit is secured to account for admin & planning time plus allocated dates being reserved)
